Terms & Conditions – AMoD 'Sponsor a Design’
The 'Sponsor a Design' program applies exclusively to designs listed within the AMoD DDX Library Archive.
A 10% royalty is paid to the person or entity sponsoring a design each time that design is used for a product sold exclusively by the Australian Museum of Design (AMoD) or the AMoD Embroidery Society.
This means that only products sold under the Australian Museum of Design and the AMoD Embroidery Society are eligible for the benefits listed under the 'Sponsor a Design' program.
Any third-party businesses who also use designs from the AMoD DDX Library Archive are not associated with the Australian Museum of Design or the 'Sponsor a Design' program. Therefore, the 10% royalty does not apply to their products or services.
